Carter’s call for Reinforcements

Horsham trainer Peter Carter needed plenty of convincing to make the expedition to The Meadows last Saturday night with middle distance prospect Reinforcements.

Reinforcements, the only greyhound 42-year-old Carter currently has in work, was drawn to face Group 1-winning powerhouse Zippy Tesla at his eagerly anticipated 600m debut in heats of a lucrative Grade 5 series.
