Realist Thompson says ‘Shima’ is unbeatable!

Highly decorated Pearcedale trainer Jason Thompson is chasing his fourth Group 2 Horsham Cup on Saturday night.

He’s won the prestigious country feature race with Monsters Inc (2003), Marungi Blaze (2006) and Winsome History (2007).

Thompson has also had the following Horsham Cup placegetters – 2009 Hanify’s Impact (2^nd), 2010 Hot Price (3^rd), 2012 Don’t Knocka Him (2^nd) and 2014 Innocent Til (2^nd).

However, he’s been in the sport long enough to know you have to be a realist.

Thompson has Aussie Secret (Box 3) and Mr. America (Box 4) – both $12 chances on tab.com.au – in the $47,000 to-the-winner final.
