Hecton Bale smashes rivals to take out 2018 Group 1 Australian Cup

HECTON Bale (Fernando Bale x Searle Bale Sep ’15) defied an awkward draw out in box eight to record a dominant win in the Group 1 Australian Cup (525m) at The Meadows.

Trained by Andrea Dailly, Hecton Bale stepped fairly but got room to move early as box seven runner Hasten Slowly (Fernando Bale x Heidi Go Seek Feb ’16) cut down to the fence.
