Sennachie spot on after Speed Star

Steve White says dual Group 1 winner Sennachie has pulled up a treat after finishing a gutsy runner-up in the Group 3 Sandown Speed Star (515m) last Sunday.

At his first appearance since winning the Maturity Classic at The Meadows on July 27, an underdone Sennachie just managed to stave off Black Signature in his Speed Star match race, clocking the second fastest overall time of 29.54s.
