THE Anakie Football and Netball Club (ANFC) found itself $1,000 richer from last week’s Geelong Gold Cup after the local sporting club took out the Sports Club Challenge.
Guests to the Cup were asked to nominate their favoured sporting group as they entered the gates last Friday, and with more than 30 people on course at the Geelong Gold Cup, Anakie FNC took out the challenge which was entered by various sports men and women from all throughout the region.
