IMPORTANT: GRV’s Hot Weather Policy Updated

The maximum temperature at which greyhound racing or trialling can be conducted has been reset to not higher than 38 degrees Celsius (down from 40 degrees Celsius).

The safety and welfare of greyhounds is of paramount concern for Greyhound Racing Victoria in assessing whether a race meeting or individual races on a program should proceed, be delayed or abandoned in hot weather conditions.
