GRV announces Troy Harley as GM Racing, Safety & Clubs

Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is pleased to announce the appointment of highly experienced racing administrator, Troy Harley as its new General Manager of Racing, Racing Safety & Clubs.

Harley brings over three decades of valuable management, hands-on experience and knowledge gained across multiple facets of the racing industry to the role.

Most recently, Harley has been the Executive Officer of Greyhound Clubs Australia after a ten-year stint as General Manager of Bendigo Greyhound Racing Association.
