Dyna Double One has become just the third greyhound in world history to clock $1M in prize money by taking out tonight’s $355,000 Group 1 Australian Cup at The Meadows.

After Black Frenzy skipped to a clear lead, the Andrea Dailly-trained Dyna Double One proved too strong and too classy when winning in 29.75sec after finding the lead in the home straight.

Black Frenzy, one of five runners for trainer Jason Thompson, finished second with Dailly’s other runner Diego Bale third.
Dyna Double One has now won $1.16M in prize money, only behind his recently retired kennelmate Fernando Bale ($1.3M).
