Chasin’ Crackers sets the pace in Group 1 Vic Peters Classic

VICTORIAN greyhound Chasin’ Crackers (Fabregas x Lady Arko Aug ’15) stamped himself as the greyhound to beat in this year’s Group 1 Vic Peters Classic (520m) after an emphatic win in his heat of the series at Wentworth Park on Saturday night.

Trained at Tooradin by Glenn Rounds, Chasin’ Crackers came into his heat in sensational form, having won three of his previous four starts at Sandown Park and The Meadows over the middle distance.
