Queensland can lay claim to having one of the best sprinters in the country after Iva Vision took out the Shootout on Thursday night.
Many of his regular rivals will be on display at Ipswich when they conduct four heats of their Group Three 2014 City of Ipswich Gold Cup on Saturday evening.
$25,000 awaits the winning connections of next weeks final with the top two from each heat qualifying for a place in that race.
