Attended by about 40 participants on Sunday 31 July 2016 at The Meadows, this workshop had a unique format, with no panel and an extended open forum session.

The day began as usual with a welcome from GRV’s CEO, Alan Clayton, followed by a presentation by Craig Armstead, General Manager, Club Development & Member Services on the results of a survey about issues of concern to participants, as well as a proposal currently being developed by GRV to reallocate prize-money.
